Filipino Culture         The  culture  of the  Philippines  comprises a blend of traditional  Filipino  and Spanish Catholic traditions, with influences from America and other parts of Asia.  .  Filipinos  are also hospitable people who love to have a good time. This often includes getting together to sing, dance, and eat.  Filipinos  tend to put more  importance  to foreign  culture  and things as compared to our own.  Many foreign ideas and ways of thinking is what we,  Filipinos  believe will bring the country progress. However, this is a mistake because our  culture  is such a rich melting pot from which we can draw inspiration and ideas.              Culture  is a strong part of people's lives. It influences their views, their values, their humor, their hopes, their loyalties, and their worries and fears. So when you are working with people and building relationships with them, it helps to have some perspective and understanding of their  cultures .  The  family
